Wipe straps, heels, and footbeds with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dirt after each use. For straps, a mild soap solution can be used, and let them air dry at room temperature. For leather footbeds, use a leather-specific cleaner only—avoid water or household cleaners.
Orders placed with Cult Gaia will generally ship out within 48 hrs. Please note that for expedited shipping the order must be placed by 12pm PST to be processed same day.
Please note all items noted as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return. We accept returns for all full priced items. Clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All Accessories, Bags and Shoes may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Domestic returns can be processed via our Returns Portal.
