Custom pieces typically take 3–9 months from consultation to final delivery. Your exact timeline will be confirmed at your consultation based on design complexity, fabric sourcing, and fittings — we recommend starting the process as early as possible for time-sensitive events.
Yes, there is a minimum spend for custom orders. All pricing and details will be discussed during your consultation depending on your requests. As a point of reference, pricing for custom gowns typically starts at $9,000.

Yes. Any existing Cult Gaia style can be modified to fit your vision, whether that's adjusting fabric, color, embellishments, or fit.
We also offer fully custom design services for entirely new pieces that don't currently exist in our collection. Because this involves building a design from scratch, it carries a separate, higher minimum spend. Email shannon@cultgaia.com to discuss your vision.
Yes, we offer custom orders worldwide. Our showroom is in LA if you're able to come in for a fitting. Otherwise, we work with our tailors to arrange virtual fittings.
All deposits — design and production — are non-refundable once paid, including if you change your mind, your budget changes, or you decide not to move forward.
