We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working candidate to support the Accessories and Footwear team with development and production of both categories. This role has an emphasis on materials/components and is critical to executing our beautiful creative concepts and bringing them to life
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
DEVELOPMENT-
• Entering all materials and components data into PLM system (WFX) including leather and fabric detail sheet information, HTS codes, SKU info for ERP integration
• Creating and updating BOM module for all styles in both divisions throughout development season
• Create and manage the seasonal raw material WIPs to ensure on-time delivery of components
• Order all SMS materials for both divisions and communicate weekly status updates to team
• Responsible for compiling all raw material costing and negotiating pricing with Accessories Director
PRODUCTION -
• Support Accessories Director with materials comments to suppliers, update WFX and Netsuite as needed
• Place all Raw Material/CMO Purchase Orders for both divisions
• Manage work-in-progress communication with suppliers and factories, ensuring that deadlines are being met
• Create and maintain production article master library for all Cult Gaia materials and components
• Fills out Product Knowledge sheets for wholesale and e-commerce teams in regards to materials
