POSITION SUMMARY: The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end movement of goods across our global supply chain. This role is responsible for ensuring product flows efficiently from vendors to distribution centers and ultimately to customers—on time, compliant, and
cost-effective. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment with both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and internal transfer movements using NetSuite ERP
• Review and approve packing slips, shipping documents, and freight invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Approve and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
• Coordinate closely with in-house and 3PL distribution centers to support receiving, fulfillment, and inventory flow
• Support Production and Product Development teams with inbound shipments, vendor issues, routing decisions, and delivery timelines
• Oversee and support inter-company and in-house inventory transfers between locations
• Ensure proper documentation procurement (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.) and manage internal escalations as needed
• Maintain compliance with all local, federal, and international logistics regulations, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements
• Partner with vendors and logistics providers to negotiate rates, manage service levels, and drive continuous improvement
• Develop, document, and maintain logistics SOPs and best practices
• Analyze logistics performance data, costs, and KPIs; prepare reports and recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Production, and Planning to align logistics execution with business needs
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, or consumer goods
• Strong working knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory management
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (logistics, inventory, or supply chain modules preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager has exposure across the entire accounting function with the opportunity for continuous growth and responsibility. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include, but not limited to, overseeing accounts receivable, and reconciling credit card transactions, accounting management, cash flow, in addition to other related duties under the guidance of the Controller. This role will work independently and will partner with Sales and Planning Departments. This position reports into the CFO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage accounts receivable including maintaining A/R aging report and reviewing status weekly with the Senior Finance Team Member.
• Manage and minimize aged receivables by actively reaching out to customers for payment.
• Perform full cycle A/R activities; initiate continued collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Work on monthly GL close activities to ensure all A/R transactions are accurately recorded.
