The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at hello@cultgaia.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.
We allow exchanges for domestic orders only and can be processed via our domestic returns portal HERE. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Currently, we do not support exchanges for orders outside of the US. To request a return for an international order please visit our international returns portal HERE.
For all exchanges/returns please note that items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must not carry strong fragrances (such as perfume, smoke, or other noticeable scents).
We accept returns for online orders on all full priced Bags, Clothing, Jewelry, and Shoes are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt.
All in-store orders need to be returned in-store only & can only be returned for store credit/exchange within 7 days of purchase.

FRAGRANCE - SHIPPING
Orders placed with Cult Gaia will generally ship out within 2 business days. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Fragrances that arrive damaged or defective can be returned or exchanged, even if opened. Customers should contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to report any damage or defect. Please note that exchanges are due to product availability.
FRAGRANCE - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including any seals or cellophane wrapping intact. Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If returning an unopened fragrance, please ensure the fragrance is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
If a fragrance product was received as a gift, the return will be processed as store credit, provided it meets the return conditions stated above.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
